This honey is a blend of the various flowers of an area. We prefer honeys that are light in color and mild in flavor. Our liquid honey is filtered by a 400 micron nylon filter which would qualify it as organic and permits some pollen grains to be retained.
- 100% pure honey can crystalize with time or colder temperatures. This is completely natural and can be reversed by gently heating the honey until all crystals have dissolved.
- Honey is not recommended for children under one year of age.
